Never recieved the ring that I paid for. Regardless of how much I paid for it...it still got taken from my account. All I had was a broken necklace, set of earrings and a cleaning cloth. NO RING! so plz help me understand why my order was completely not properly handled properly which isn't my fault.
Please fix this issue. Because I really was looking foward to a "jewelry box" subscription but from this experience I'm not too sure unless I speak with customer service who will make things right Nd one that's able replace the items. If I could give this 0 ☆'s I would've.
